01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the DreamWin website accessible at dreamwin.org, including all associated mobile applications, software, and services.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on the DreamWin platform or accesses any part of the platform's services.
• "Account" refers to the registered profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the DreamWin registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's DreamWin wallet, including real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's account by DreamWin, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "Game" refers to any interactive gaming title available on the DreamWin platform, including but not limited to Table Tennis, Fishing Disco, Teen Patti Joker, Jackpot, Rooster Rumble, Happy Fishing, and Pirate Fishing.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the DreamWin platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the DreamWin platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DreamWin with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

DreamWin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

03 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on DreamWin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. DreamWin does not permit access to any person under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as Players.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a DreamWin employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the DreamWin platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

DreamWin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the DreamWin platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

04 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your DreamWin account. This includes all bets placed, transactions made, and communications sent from your account, regardless of whether such actions were authorized by you.

• You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, including family members, friends, or associates.
• You must notify DreamWin immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your credentials have been compromised.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details, including your registered email address and mobile number, remain accurate and up to date at all times.
• DreamWin will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from DreamWin that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

DreamWin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, except where such loss results directly from DreamWin's own negligence or breach of its security obligations.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

DreamWin supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the platform's payment section and may be updated from time to time.

All funds deposited into your DreamWin account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. DreamWin does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Deposits are credited to your DreamWin wallet instantly upon successful processing by the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the platform's payment information page. Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours.
• DreamWin does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which DreamWin bears no responsibility.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification checks before processing. DreamWin reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of such checks.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, DreamWin reserves the right to correct the error and recover any funds credited in excess of the correct amount, including by deducting from your account balance.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

DreamWin may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account.
• DreamWin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honored.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements — will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• DreamWin reserves the right to limit the eligibility of specific Players for specific promotions at its sole discretion.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game available on the DreamWin platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

All game outcomes on DreamWin are determined by a certified Random Number Generation (RNG) system. This system ensures that every outcome is statistically independent, unpredictable, and free from manipulation by either the platform or the Player. DreamWin's RNG systems are subject to periodic review to ensure ongoing integrity.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnection, software error, or display error — DreamWin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account.
• Any attempt to use software, scripts, bots, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• DreamWin's records of game outcomes shall be the definitive record in the event of any dispute regarding a game result. Players may contact support to request a review of a specific game round within 30 days of the relevant session.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the DreamWin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or systems.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing DreamWin staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to DreamWin immediately.

09 Responsible Gaming

DreamWin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the DreamWin platform — including but not limited to the DreamWin name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of DreamWin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written authorization from DreamWin.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use any DreamWin trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of DreamWin's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by DreamWin.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, DreamWin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your DreamWin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

DreamWin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if DreamWin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

DreamWin does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

12 Suspension & Termination

DreamWin reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have provided false or misleading information at any point.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other Players.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, DreamWin reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to have been obtained through fraudulent or prohibited means, it will be forfeited. Where a balance represents legitimate funds, DreamWin will return such funds to you via your registered payment method following the conclusion of any investigation, subject to applicable legal requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting DreamWin's support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all identity verification requirements have been satisfied.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

DreamWin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

DreamWin implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 14 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the DreamWin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the DreamWin platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting DreamWin's support team with a written description of your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
